Releases carry the docent as a Microsoft 365 Copilot skill.knowledge-release.yaml attaches ktl-docent-m365-<tag>-<repository>.zip beside the bundle zip, for upload to Agent Builder. The new .lokf/m365/ folder holds its instructions and knowledge-m365.sh, which packs a reproducible zip within Copilot’s limits. Check 17 builds it.
scripts/sync-sidecar.sh syncs a sibling repository to one release. It copies a published tag’s templates over the sibling’s copies, moves its skills pin to that tag, runs the sidecar’s checks, and leaves the diff for review. docs/releasing.md drops the hand bump of the template’s own pin, which the release commit has made since 0.23.1.
