  • ktl-prose lays out what it rewords the way the file’s project does. In a bundle that is one line for each paragraph, as ktl-librarian writes it, where the skill used to keep a concept’s old wrapping. Outside the bundle it keeps the host’s layout, and references/rules.md sets out the three layouts in use, with the benefit and the cost of each.
