It read “Draft - not yet curated”, as if no person had ever checked it. The review card and the queue say “reopened” too, the words ktl-curator’s report uses from Knowledge Trust Ladder 0.45.0.
The knowledge bundle’s namespace is https://w3id.org/ktl/curator/knowledge/. It was the placeholder https://ktl-curator.example/knowledge/, and every concept’s id moved with it, so the bundle can join the KTL federation. No plugin change.
